Gratitude Meditation

A special guided meditation event, hosted by Serena, for a deeply relaxed state of being. “We will be starting class with yin postures to target deep connective tissue and emotional release while I guide through a loving kindness meditation. This meditation is great for building gratitude in everyday life. We will complete our yin postures and move into a full hour of Yoga Nidra. 

Yoga Nidra is both relaxing and restorative. We will scan the body, use breath awareness, imagery and opposite thought to guide you into deep relaxation. You may find yourself in a state between sleep and wakefulness. Here your body can relax while the mind stays engaged. One hour of practice is equivalent to 3 hours of rest. Perfect for anyone struggling with sleep, PTSD, mental illness, grief, and memory/focus. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.”
