Self-Love Saturday

This Self-Love class will be focused on the first of five yamas: Ahimsa, or non-violence. You’ll learn how to practice Ahimsa in your daily life, on and off your mat. This will be a gentle yoga class including meditation. All levels welcome and encouraged!
