About Our Host: Courtney is a certified nutrition coach with over 6 years of experience helping others change their lives and their relationship with food, fitness and nutrition. She found her passion for nutrition when she experienced for herself how truly transforming nutrition can be. Going from tired and run down all the time to filled with energy and a zest for life was a turning point for her. She wanted to help others know what feeling good can actually feel like! When she isn't nerding out on nutrition, you can find her coaching CrossFit and spending time with her husband and 3 kids. She is a huge fan of PNW summers, but not so much the dark winter months. She loves hiking and camping and is looking forward to hiking Mt. St. Helen's this summer!
