This 8 week Prenatal Yoga series starts Monday, September 9th and meets weekly through October 28th in our non-heated Dandelion Studio. This class is designed for pregnant women throughout all 9 months of pregnancy. Poses are modified as needed to support and strengthen the woman's ever-changing body. With the inclusion of breath and relaxation poses, sharing, and connecting with each other and our babies, we nurture both the physical and emotional health of you and your growing baby.
